These Terms of Service govern your use of the National Tiles & Pavers website. In these terms, “National Tiles & Pavers”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to National Tiles & Pavers. Product names, sizes, coverage estimates, colours, finishes and photographs shown on this website describe our product range and are provided for general guidance. Although the photographs represent our own products, appearance may vary slightly due to lighting, screen settings, natural material variation and manufacturing batches. Please confirm final specifications, colour, finish and quantity before placing an order.

We manufacture and supply:

• Interlock pavers.
• Tiles.
• Concrete blocks.
• Product guidance, quotations, order coordination and delivery support where agreed.

Installation, civil works, site preparation or design services are not included unless expressly confirmed in writing.

4. Enquiries and quotations

A website enquiry is not an offer, acceptance or confirmed order. Prices, taxes, quantities, specifications, payment terms, production schedules and delivery charges become binding only when confirmed in writing by National Tiles & Pavers.

5. Customer responsibilities

Accepted orders are subject to the agreed quotation and availability. Delivery timelines are estimates unless expressly confirmed otherwise, and delays caused by events outside reasonable control may require revised arrangements.

7. Inspection and product concerns

Customers should inspect products on delivery and promptly notify us of visible shortages, damage or specification concerns. Installation, substrate preparation, laying patterns and site conditions can affect performance and remain the responsibility of the customer or appointed contractor unless agreed otherwise in writing.

8. Intellectual property and acceptable use

Website text, branding, photographs, graphics and other content are owned by National Tiles & Pavers or their licensors. You must not copy, alter, publish, distribute or commercially use this content without written permission, and must not misuse the website or attempt to interfere with its operation.
